Menu Selections:
A meal guarantee is required 10 days prior to your function. If attendance falls below the guarantee, the host is responsible for the number guaranteed. If there are two entrée selections involved we must have a final count for each entrée.
Signs & Displays:
Pre-approved signage is permitted in private function areas only. No signs are permitted in the foyer or other areas of Elkview Country Club.
Billing & Credit Arrangements:
We will honor a tentative booking for ten (10) days. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required from Elkview Country Club. We require full payment on or before the special event. The Elkview Country Club office is opened from 11 A.M. to 7 P.M. on Tuesday and 9 A.M to 5 P.M. Wednesday thru Saturday. If an evening or weekend appointment is necessary, please call the House Manager and make arrangements.
Decorations & Linen Choice:
Our House Manager is ready to assist you in selections of centerpieces and specialty linen, which are obtainable with advance notice, at a nominal fee.
Service Charge:
A 20% service charge is applied on the total food and beverage charges plus a 6% Pennsylvania state tax applied to all food.
