Come along on a tour of Elkview Country Club. Donald Ross, highly esteemed golf course architect, noted for such great works as Pinehurst #2, Seminole, Oak Hill, Oakland Hills and Aronimink to name but a few classic tracks, designed holes 1-4 and 7-11 in 1925 as our front 9, and his company finished the balance of the course in the 1950’s.
Noted for its undulating greens and fairways and scenic vistas, Elkview was built between Crystal Lake and Newton Lake with panoramic views of Elk Mountain. Not overly long at just under 6600 yards from the blue tees, due to the elevation of the club grounds, wind plays a factor many days throughout the season to challenge the golfer.
